vibe coding" sounds great on paper but in practice, the translation from "natural language ideas" to functional code is rarely clean. especially for anything beyond a basic CRUD app. debugging what the AI misunderstood is often harder than just writing the code yourself for me. been there with earlier gen tools.

agentic coding" sounds a lot like what we're pushing for in on-device AI with custom silicon. the idea that the model interprets diverse inputs and autonomously generates code, that's the holy grail for embedding intelligence directly into hardware without constant cloud reliance. but for a general purpose app studio, how are they handling the resource allocation for Gemini 3? "single-click deployment to Google Cloud" makes sense for large models, but what if someone wants to run a more optimized version locally, or on a less powerful edge device? that's where the real challenge is beyond just "vibe coding.
