this. this is exactly what i try to explain to clients when they want me to spin up a new LLM for some hyper-specific, niche task. they see the "free" tools and think it's magic. i tell them "it's not free, someone's paying for this electricity bill, and it's not going to be me." then i usually get a blank stare. the whole "equivalent to seconds or minutes of household appliance use" for every prompt really hits home. i'm going to start using that one.
