Interesting to see Coursera jumping on this with their Gen AI training. Given Dell’s recent shake-up and focus on AI, I wonder if this courseware is truly *revolutionary* or just a repackaging of existing content. How much genuine upskilling will Singaporean teams actually get from this, or is it more of a tick-box exercise for companies?

This Coursera initiative sounds like a brilliant move, especially with how fast things are moving in the AI space. Dell's shift just reinforces that it’s not just a buzzword anymore, it’s a real game-changer for businesses. My main thought, though, is about the actual implementation. While these skills trainings are fantastic on paper, what are the practical measures companies in our region, particularly SMEs, taking to ensure their existing workforce can truly integrate these Gen AI tools effectively into their daily operations? It’s one thing to learn the skills, another to truly embed them into the workflow, you know?
